  • Instead of looking at your knees, you should look straight up to avoid any pulling of your neck with your bent hands. 

Resisted Crunch

  • Bend your knees and lie down on your back and place your feet on the glideboard by also handling the handles given by extending your arms out that remain parallel to the thighs. 
  • Aim at rolling your shoulder blades up from the glideboard you’re sitting on by pushing the handles while making sure that you keep your arms extended and you lower yourself as well back down after taking a short pause. 
  • To avoid pulling your neck in any case with the hands, look straight up instead of looking in any way at your knees. 

Crunch With Leg Curl 

  • Lay down on your back by placing your head down, attaching the feet to the given wing attachments, and keeping your knees slightly bent. 
  • Make efforts to roll your shoulder blades upwards from the glideboard while at the same time, pull yourself up closer to your feet by also bending your knees and lowering your back down after a short pause. 
  • To avoid the pulling of your neck with your hands, look straight up by not looking at your knees. 

Sit-Ups With Cable

  • Look up and sit down on the glideboard with knees in a bent position. Extend your arms and hold the cable handles. 
  • Aim at rolling your body upwards until you no longer allow your back to touch the glideboard, and after taking a short pause, lay back down. 
  • Neck sometimes gets pulled in such positions, and you can save your neck from pulling by looking straight up instead of looking down. 

Trunk Rotation

  • Sit sideways on the glideboard and extend your legs from the floor. Hold the big handles using both of your hands that are close to one another. 
  • While keeping the still angles in your elbows, aim at pulling the handle towards the other trunk side and get back to the starting position of the exercise after a short pause. 
  • Do not bend your back and keep it straight throughout the exercise you perform.
